Serve Tampa Bay’s premiere professional AEA theatre (LORT/SPT) as custodian of artistic and financial causes. Lead in all aspects of hiring and programming. Maintain overall artistic and fiscal health of the theatre. Create and oversee annual operating budget of $1.76 million. Responsible for overseeing and assisting development team toward setting and achieving all fundraising goals. Increased endowment by 250%, artistic programming by 116%, educational department by 53%, overall attendance by 42%, and subscriber-ship by 40%. Oversaw $2.5 million capital campaign for a new theatre. Worked with Board to revamp governance policies, became paperless, created a monthly quality control “Dashboard” measuring 43 areas within the organization, including planning, financial reporting, management, operations, and artistic programming. Developed and implemented short and long-range plans, as well as new organizational model. Doubled number of performances per year. Direct three to four productions per season.

Grew the American Stage Education Department to attract over $150,000 in contributed support, 12 Teaching Artists-in-Residence, and 20 areas of focus including internships, student matinees, vacation camps, playwriting residencies in six schools, “Theatre Clubs" in five schools, and partnerships with the children's museum, The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, Pinellas Association of Retarded Citizens, the Juvenile Welfare system, and the YWCA (teen mother program).

Voted "Best Theatre Company" by both Tampa Bay Magazine and The Weekly Planet every year from 2003-2008. Awards for “Top-10 Productions of the Year” and/or “Best Director” for STONES IN HIS POCKETS, A MOON FOR THE MISBEGOTTEN, MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING, ANNA IN THE TROPICS. Won Bank of America’s 2006 “Neighborhood Builders Award” ($200,000), one of 82 non-profit Executive Directors nationwide to attend a two-year Leadership Training Program.
